CPC official calls for standard, equal cultural services

Communist Party of China (CPC) official Liu Qibao has called for standard and equal public cultural services in ethnic and poor areas.

Liu, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, made the remarks in northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

Liu wants to make sure people living in ethnic and poor areas do not fall behind in the drive toward a moderately prosperous society.

Liu visited villages, businesses and publicity departments during his stay in the cities of Yinchuan, Wuzhong and Guyuan in Ningxia. Endi
