Two suicide attacks happened near the Afghan Defense Ministry on Monday, with casualties feared, local media reported.

Officials have yet to make comment.

The Defense Ministry is located next to the Finance Ministry, the Presidential Palace, and the Petroleum and Mines Ministry among other government buildings.

Eye witnesses said ambulances were shifting injured people to hospitals. Enditem
