Dollar changes hands in upper 103 yen range in early Tokyo trade

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the upper 103 yen range in early deals in Tokyo on Monday morning, principally in line with levels seen in late trade in New York at the end of last week.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 103.95-96 yen compared with 103.94-104.04 yen in New York and 103.57-58 yen at 5 p.m. on Friday in Tokyo.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1158 dollars and 115.99-116.02 yen against 1.1152-1162 dollars and 115.95-116.05 yen in New York and 1.1192-1194 dollars and 115.92-96 yen in late trade on Friday afternoon in Tokyo. Endit
