Urgent: China urges U.S. not to support "Tibet independence"

President Xi Jinping said Saturday that China hopes the United States would honor its commitment in Tibet-related issues and not support secessionist activities by "Tibet independence" forces.

He made the remarks when meeting with his U.S. counterpart Barack Obama on the eve of a G20 summit in the eastern Chinese city of Hangzhou. Endi
