China, Kazakhstan expect G20 summit to chart course for world economy

Chinese President Xi Jinping and his Kazakh counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev voiced hopes in their talks here Friday that the upcoming summit of the Group of 20 (G20) can chart a course for the world economy, cultivate growth engines and boost global confidence.

Nazarbayev was invited as a leader of the guest countries to the 11th G20 summit scheduled to be held on Sept. 4-5 in the eastern Chinese city of Hangzhou. Endi
