Passenger detained at St. Petersburg airport due to joke about bomb in lugguage

A passenger was detained by the police at the St. Petersburg Pulkovo Airport because of his joke about a bomb in his luggage.

Local media reported that the 53-year-old man said about a bomb in his luggage during the inspection. The police had to conduct a comprehensive survey, no dangerous items were found in his luggage.

The passenger is accused of deliberately making false report about the act of terrorism, and that can be punished by imprisonment for up to three years. Endit
