Spanish stock market falls 0.5 pct

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 fell 0.50 percent on Monday to close at 8,616.40 points, down from the 8,659.50 points of Friday.

On Monday session, ArcelorMittal shares led falls losing 2.74 percent, followed by Acerinox, Banco Popular, Tecnicas Reunidas, Acciona and Repsol that lost 1.99 percent, 1.96 percent, 1.72 percent, 1.43 percent and 1.32 percent respectively.

On the other hand, AENA shares led rises climbing 0.55 percent, followed by Cellnex and Bankia that rose 0.26 percent and 0.14 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 98.40 points, which was below the 100.90 points of Friday, and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closed at 0.93 percent, showing no big differences when compared with Friday. Endit
