Sirigu signed for Sevilla

Xinhua, August 26, 2016 Adjust font size:

Italy goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu has put pen to paper on a one-year loan to Europa League winners Sevilla from Paris Saint-Germain, the two clubs announced on Friday.

The 29-year-old Sirigu, who was PSG's first-choice goalkeeper for four years before losing his place to German Kevin Trapp last season, is looking to revive his career.

Sevilla confirmed that Sirigu, back-up to Gianluigi Buffon at international level, had signed a contract after he passed a medical earlier in the day. Enditem
