Minibus crash kills 8 Syrians in southern Turkey

At least eight Syrian nationals were killed and 18 others wounded on Friday in a minibus crash in southern Turkey, Anadolu Agency reported.

The crash came when a tire burst in the Yayladagi District of Turkey's southern Hatay province.

Yayladagi District mayor Mehmet Kalkan said the 18 injured had been taken to hospital.

The minibus carried illegal immigrants who entered Turkey from Syria. Endit
