Chinese shares close higher Friday

Chinese stocks closed higher Friday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.06 percent to close at 3,070.31 points.

The Shenzhen index closed 0.14 percent higher at 10,693.75 points. The ChiNext Index, tracking China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, was up 0.42 percent to close at 2,189.75 points. Endi
