Spain's Chourraut win women's K1 gold in canoe slalom competition at Rio Olympics

Maialen Chourraut from Spain won the gold medal in the women's K1 of canoe slalom competition at the Rio Olympics Games on Thursday.

Chourraut led the race in 98.65 seconds as Luuka Jones of New Zealand was second in 101.82 seconds. The bronze medal went to Australia's Jessica Fox in 102.49 seconds. Endit
