Germany win women's quadruple sculls gold in rowing regatta of Olympic Games

Germany posted a time of 6 minutes and 49.39 seconds to win a gold medal in the women's quadruple sculls in the rowing regatta of the 2016 Olympics Games here on Thursday.

The Netherlands secured a silver medal with a time of 6 minutes and 50.33 seconds, edging Poland into third place in 6 minutes and 50.86 seconds. Endit
