Spanish stock market falls 0.08 pct on Wednesday

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 fell 0.08 percent on Wednesday to close at 8,658.90 points, down from 8,665.40 points of Tuesday.

On Wednesday's session, ArcelorMittal shares led falls losing 3.31 percent, followed by IAG, AENA, Inditex, Abertis A and Mediaset that lost 1.82 percent, 1.12 percent, 0.93 percent, 0.83 percent and 0.80 percent, respectively.

On the other hand, Banco Popular shares led rises climbing 3.60 percent, followed by Caixabank, Bankia, Tecnicas Reunidas, Banco Sabadell and DIA that rose 3.33 percent, 2.29 percent, 2.29 percent, 1.42 percent and 1.16 percent, respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 105.60 points and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 0.9 percent, both showing no big differences when compared with Tuesday's closing time. Endit
