The following are the highlights of Zambia's major media outlets on Monday.
-- Zambian President Edgar Lungu has received a report on alleged professional misconduct and impropriety by suspended Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) Mutembo Nchito.
Lungu appointed tribunal on March 10 last year led by former chief judge Annel Silungwe to investigate the suspended DPP following reports of allege professional misconduct. (ZAMBIA DAILY MAIL)
-- Zambian President Edgar Lungu has cautioned opposition political parties who are against voting in the referendum to tell voters why they are against voting for a document that seeks to enhance people's rights.
Lungu wondered why some opposition political parties were mixing the referendum and the general elections, adding that the referendum was meant to ask Zambians whether parliament could be allowed to amend part three of the constitution which deals with people's rights or not. (DAILY NATION)
