More than 50 tennis players to compete for ATP points in Qingdao

The Qingdao leg of the ATP China International Tennis Challenge attracted more than 50 players from 22 countries and regions, said organizers of the events on Thursday.

With a total bonus of 125,000 US dollars, the highest among ATP challenges, the tournament will be held from Aug. 6 to 14.

Players can get ATP points as they are qualified in each round and the champion can get 110 points at the final, said Pei Zhifeng, an organizer of the event.

The Qingdao leg of the ATP China International Tennis Challenge will be held five years in a row until 2020. Enditem
