YEREVAN -- Armenia's security service said Sunday that the 20 gunmen holed up in a police building in Yerevan just announced their surrender, ending a two-week standoff.

MOGADISHU -- Al-Shabaab militants attacked the headquarters of Somalia's Criminal Investigations Department (CID) in the capital Mogadishu on Sunday, killing at least six people, and seven attackers were killed, a senior official said.
