The following are highlights of South African major news outlets on Sunday.

-- Thousands of blue-clad Democratic Alliance supporters began converging on Dobsonville Stadium in Gauteng on Saturday, as the party gears up to cap off its campaign with a final pitch to voters.

The DA expects up to 20,000 supporters to converge on the Soweto stadium, in what will represent the last major campaign event before millions of South Africans head to the polls on Wednesday. The African National Congress (ANC) and Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) will hold their own final campaign rallies on Saturday, with the ruling party selecting Gauteng and the EFF Limpopo.(Business Day)

-- The confidence of South African agribusinesses regarding the country's economic growth is at its lowest level since the second quarter of 2008.

The continued pessimistic view by agribusinesses in SA regarding business conditions in the country reflects in the latest Agbiz/IDC Agribusiness Confidence Index.(Fin24)
