Xi's envoy to attend Peruvian presidential handover ceremony

A special envoy of Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend the Peruvian presidential handover ceremony on July 28.

Xi's special envoy, Chen Jining, who is also Minister of Environmental Protection, will attend the ceremony at the invitation of the Peruvian government, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang said on Monday.

Peru's president-elect Pedro Pablo Kuczynski will assume office on July 28. Endit
