Xinhua, July 15, 2016 Adjust font size:

Chinese group Nanjing Xiezhong Auto-Airconditioner will open a plant in the Moroccan city of Kenitra, 22 miles from Rabat, local media reported on Friday.

Morocco's leading financial daily L'Economosite said the Chinese manufacturer of automobile air conditioners and accessories will start building its pant in the Atlantic Free Zone on a space of 34, 000 square meters this year.

The same source said that the plant will require an investment of 15 million U.S. dollars and will create 120 jobs.

The plant, which is expected to target both Moroccan and European markets, will start production in 2017, the source noted. Endit
