Singapore's securities market trading temporarily ceased

Singapore Exchange (SGX) securities market temporarily ceased trading as at 11: 38 a.m. on Thursday, announced the bourse on its website.

SGX said the securities market has temporarily ceased trading as at 11:38 a.m. due to duplicate trade confirmation messages being generated. No duplicate trades were executed and the market remained orderly.

The bourse added that message reconciliation is underway, and SGX expected trading to resume at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. Endit
