Spanish stock market falls 2.28 pct

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 fell 2.28 percent on Tuesday to close at 8,067.60 points, down from the 8,255.90 points of Monday.

On Tuesday session ArcelorMittal shares led falls losing 4.63 percent, followed by Banco Popular, Banco Sabadell, Acerinox, Iberdrola and Mapfre that lost 4.41 percent, 4.21 percent, 3.92 percent, 3.70 percent and 3.64 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Cellnex shares led rises climbing 0.70 percent, only followed by AENA that rose 0.08 percent.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 137.40 points on Tuesday, rising from the 129.20 points of Monday, and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closed at 1.19 percent, showing no big differences when compared with Monday. Endit
