Ireland on Thursday published the Proceeds of Crime Bill, which is part of the ongoing response to crack down on organized crime.
Under the new legislation, the Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) has the power to seize property which they suspect to be the proceeds of crime for up to 21 days.
