LME base metals increase on Wednesday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher on Wednesday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 35 U.S. dollars, or 0.73 percent, to 4,836 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 11 U.S. dollars, or 0.68 percent, to 1,633.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 41.5 U.S. dollars, or 2.41 percent, to 1,765.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 23 U.S. dollars, or 1.12 percent, to 2,085 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 115 U.S. dollars, or 1.24 percent, to 9,365 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 25 U.S. dollars, or 0.15 percent, to 16,950 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
