Urgent: Xi urges caution on possible deployment of U.S. missile system in ROK

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday urged the Republic of Korea (ROK) to attach importance to China's legitimate concern on security and "cautiously and appropriately" address the United States' plan to deploy the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system in the country.

Xi made the remarks as he met with visiting ROK Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn in Beijing. Endi
