The following are highlights of South African major media outlets on Tuesday.

-- As South Africans react to the news that Jacob Zuma will have to pay back R7.8m (540,000 U.S. dollars) for the upgrades at his Nkandla home, a question on many people's minds is who will bankroll the president.

-- President Jacob Zuma will have 45 days to pay the R7.8m he owes for his Nkandla home, once the Constitutional Court approves the National Treasury's report.
