Dollar in upper 104 yen zone in early Tokyo trading

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the upper 104 yen zone early Friday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m. local time, the dollar was quoted at 104.88-92 yen compared with 106.09-19 yen in New York and 104.43-45 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The euro fetched 1.1324-1328 dollars and 118.86-93 yen against 1.1375-1385 dollars and 120.89-99 yen in New York and 1.1318-1321 dollars and 118.21-25 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon. Endit
