British FTSE 100 decrease 0.36 pct on Tuesday

FTSE 100 Index, the British benchmark stock market gauge, Tuesday increased by 0.36 percent, or 22.55 points, to 6,226.55 points.

Share price of Mediclinic International increased by 3.42 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips. Intu Properties, Standard Life, Old Mutual and Barclays increased by 3.28 percent, 2.51 percent, 2.45 percent and 2.15 percent, respectively.

Informa led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 2.01 percent, following by Anglo American (1.46 percent), Taylor Wimpey (1.28 percent), GKN (1.18 percent) and Sky (1.07 percent). Endit
