The following are news highlights in Ethiopia's major media outlets on Tuesday.
-- Ethiopia has been playing a leading role in bringing peace and stability to South Sudan, according to the Vice President of South Sudan.
South Sudan's Vice President James Wani Igga met Monday with Ethiopian Foreign Minister Tedros Adhanom to brief him on the status of the peace process in South Sudan after the establishment of the transitional government. (Ethiopian News Agency/ENA)
-- Bahir Dar University in Ethiopia is set to launch Chinese language training in a regular program as of next Ethiopian academic year. The university taught the language in a non-regular program for the past two years.

-- The Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy of South Korea announced that it would send an on-site inspection team to Ethiopia.
The team, which is scheduled to stay in Ethiopia from June 19 to 25, includes personnel from the ministry, the Korea Electric Power Corporation, the Korea Electric Power Research Institute, the Korea Energy Management Corporation and the Korea New & Renewable Energy Center.

-- A five-year project which help to improve quality of health service in the country was launched in Adama town on Saturday.
