LME base metals increase on Wednesday

The base metal prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher on Wednesday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increase 112 U.S. dollars, or 2.48 percent, to 4,630 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price rise 20.5 U.S. dollars, or 1.27 percent, to 1,628.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price gain 22 U.S. dollars, or 1.31 percent, to 1,707 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial zinc price increase 19 U.S. dollars, or 0.94 percent, to 2,042 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price rise 162.5 U.S. dollars, or 1.84 percent, to 9,000 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increase 125 U.S. dollars, or 0.74 percent, to 17,125 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
