LME base metals mostly increase on Thursday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) mostly closed higher on Thursday.

The three-month unofficial copper price dropped 8 U.S. dollars, or 0.17 percent, to 4,579 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price lost 16 U.S. dollars, or 1.03 percent, to 1,544.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 40 U.S. dollars, or 2.39 percent, to 1,713 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 65 U.S. dollars, or 3.41 percent, to 1,972 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 25 U.S. dollars, or 0.30 percent, to 8,450 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 100 U.S. dollars, or 0.62 percent, to 16,150 U.S. dollars a tonne. Enditem
