Vietnam gains 19 Olympic berths by far

Vietnam has earned 19 berths in the upcoming Rio Olympic Games after judoka Van Ngoc Tu was given a ticket to Rio, the Vietnam Judo Federation said Wednesday.

Van Ngoc Tu, born 1987 in the southern province of Soc Trang, is dubbed "Southeast Asia's Judo Queen" and this is the second straight time she has secured a slot at an Olympic Games, after London 2012.

By far, Vietnam secured Olympics qualifications in badminton, rowing, shooting, fencing, race walking, weightlifting,gymnastics, weightlifting, Judo. Endit
