ACCRA -- Rescue team near Ghana's southern town of Yeji, where a boat disaster occurred on Sunday, has retrieved five more bodies from the River Volta, bringing the number of the dead so far to 13.

MOSCOW -- Russia has no plan of ceding parts of the Kuril Islands to Japan, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Tuesday.
