Reconciliation process not fast enough in southeast Europe: BiH leader

Xinhua, May 29, 2016 Adjust font size:

The reconciliation process in southeast Europe is moving forward, but not fast enough, said Bakir Izetbegovic, Chairman of Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), here on Saturday.

The reconciliation process was "generally positive", but it needed to go faster, said Izetbegovic during his speech at the "Summit100", a regional business summit.

The BiH leader noted he will discuss the issue with leaders from the Balkan region, "it is particularly important for business".

He also called for more efforts to help local people in a bid to reduce outflow of people from the region. Endit
