Top political advisors call for improved consultative work

China's top political advisors have called for improved political consultation and better decision-making support for the Party and government.

The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee held its 44th national chairpersons' meeting on Friday.

Attendees highlighted drawing experience from the past to promote political consultative work. They also called for solid efforts to push forward the reforming initiatives approved by central authorities.

The meeting was presided over by Yu Zhengsheng, chairman of the CPPCC National Committee. The meeting also discussed and examined personnel matters. Endi
