Gansu Province elects new governor

Lin Duo was elected governor of northwest China's Gansu Province at the fifth plenary session of the 12th Gansu Provincial People's Congress on Tuesday.

Lin, 60, was appointed acting governor of Gansu in April. He is a native of Heze City in east China's Shandong Province. Endi
