Ajax hopes to help Chinese club in training young players

"We want to expand our influence in China and help Chinese club in training young players," Ajax press officer Devy D'Alessandro said after his team beat Chinese Super League team Liaoning 2-0 here on Wednesday.

Ajax is famous for its advanced youth system. They inject significant capital into the project every year. The club gives the young players more chances and trust. That is why they produced superstar like Luis Suarez and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

"We know that Chinese people want to develop their football. Ajax hopes to find a talented young player in China as well," D'Alessandro said.

Football is growing more and more popular in China. However, the performance of the national team was disappointing. "We talked with many people in China who is working on school football. And we know that developing football industry is becoming an important program in China. Ajax hope to find and train a superstar for China someday." Devy D'Alessandro said. Endit
