(Sports) Badminton athletes from 15 countries to take part in Vietnam tournament

As many as 324 athletes from 15 countries and regions will take part in an international badminton tournament, the Yonex Sunrise Vietnam International Challenge 2016, in Vietnam's capital Hanoi.

The tournament will be held during May 30 to June 5 in Hanoi, the Vietnam Badminton Federation, organizer of the tournament, said in a press conference held Wednesday in Hanoi.

Vietnam has 54 representatives, including its top aces Nguyen Tien Minh and Vu Thi Trang. This is the eighth edition of the Yonex Sunrise Vietnam International Challenge.

The tournament has the endorsement of the Badminton World Federation and Badminton Asia. The tournament includes categories of men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles, according to Vietnam Badminton Federation. Endit
