Spanish stock market falls 0.45 pct, closes at 8,682 points

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 fell 0.45 percent on Monday to close at 8,682.10 points, down from the 8,721.50 points of Friday.

On Monday session Acciona shares led falls losing 3.28 percent followed by OHL, Indra A, R.E.C., DIA and Merlin that lost 2.25 percent, 1.70 percent, 1.54 percent, 1.22 percent and 1.17 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Sacyr shares led rises climbing 3.51 percent, followed by ArcelorMittal, Gamesa, Acerinox, Bankia and Repsol that rose 2.22 percent, 1.25 percent, 0.95 percent, 0.92 percent and 0.87 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 146.20 points and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closed at 1.6 percent, both showing no big differences when compared with Friday. Endit
