24 badminton teams to attend BCA Open Super Series in Jakarta

Twenty four teams have confirmed their participation in the BCA Indonesia Open Super Series in Jakarta from May 30 to June 5, committee of the tournament said here on Wednesday.

Armand W. Hartono, director of operation and information of sponsor PT Bank Central Asia (BCA), said the prize money rose to 900,000 U.S. dollars this year from 800,000 dollars last year.

Yan Harijadi, a representative from the Djarum Foundation, added that spectators should expect to witness a fierce competition among players as they're also preparing for the Rio Olympic Games. Endit
