Indian stocks close higher

Indian stocks snapped a three-day losing streak and closed higher on Thursday, aided by a fresh surge in oil prices.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 25,262.21, 160.48 points or 0.64 percent up from previous close of 25,101.73, with a turnover of 477.74 crore rupees (about 71.8 million U.S. dollars). Endit
