1st LD-Writethru: Chinese shares close lower Friday

Chinese stocks closed lower on Friday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.25 percent to 2,938.32 points.
The smaller Shenzhen index closed 0.08 percent lower at 10,141.54 points. The ChiNext Index, which tracks China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, lost 0.77 percent to close at 2,138.74 points.
Total turnover on the two bourses slimmed to 366.45 billion yuan (59.88 billion U.S. dollars) from 431.41 billion yuan on Thursday, indicating a lingering wait-and-see attitude in the market.
The oil industry led the loss. Jiangsu Gaoke Petrochemical Co. lost 3.15 percent to end at 39.71 yuan per share. Shanghai Lonyer Fuels also declined by 1.48 percent to end at 20.63 yuan.
Bucking the trend, stocks related to breweries, gold and aerospace technology led the gains.
Anhui Golden Seed Winery surged 5.37 percent to end at 8.83 yuan per share. CITIC Offshore Helicopter Co. surged by the daily limit of 10 percent to end at 13.51 yuan. Zhongjin Gold Corp. also rose 1.89 percent to end at 11.35 yuan.
The Shanghai index fell below 3,000 points at closing on April 20 and has since stayed under that mark with mild fluctuations. Endi
