Turkey: 15 detained in probe over Bursa suicide bomb attack

Xinhua, April 28, 2016 Adjust font size:

Turkish police on Thursday detained 15 suspects over Wednesday's suicide bomb attack in the northwestern city of Bursa, local media reported.

The suspects were detained in police operations across the country, CNN Turk, a local broadcaster, said.

The suicide attack in Bursa killed the female bomber and wounding 17 others.

No organization has claimed responsibility for the attack, but CNN Turk quoted Turkish Interior Minister Efkan Ala as saying that there were "strong indications that the suicide bomber had strong connection with a terror organization." Endit
