A 5.6-magnitude earthquake jolted the waters off Hualien County of Taiwan at 11:17 p.m. Wednesday (Beijing Time), said the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).

The epicenter is located at 24.22 degrees north latitude and 121.71 degrees east longitude. The quake struck at a depth of 8 km. Endi
