The following are news highlights in Ethiopia's major media outlets on Wednesday.
-- Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn said the country would maintain the support it has been extending towards a peaceful Somalia in a strengthened manner.

--Attaining goals set for the second phase of Ethiopia's Growth and Transformation Plan and the Sustainable Development Goals require strong collective effort, according to the National Planning Commission.
