British FTSE 100 decreases 0.78 pct on Monday

FTSE 100 Index, the British benchmark stock market gauge, Monday decreased by 0.78 percent, or 49.52 points, to 6,260.92 points.

Share price of Imperial Brands increased by 3.07 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips.

Berkeley Group Holdings, British Land, Ashtead Group and ITV increased by 2.94 percent, 2.70 percent, 2.70 percent and 2.38 percent respectively.

Anglo American led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 7.33 percent, following by Standard Chartered (6.40 percent), BHP Billiton (5.80 percent), Glencore (4.20 percent) and Rio Tinto (4.16 percent). Endit
