Beijing to host World Life Sciences Conference

Beijing will host the World Life Sciences Conference (WLSC 2016) in November, focusing on health, agriculture and the environment, WLSC 2016 organizers said on Sunday.

The conference, sponsored by the China Association for Science and Technology, will see more than 400 speakers from around the globe present their research, and participants engaging in penal discussions, said Rao Zihe, chairman of the organizing committee of WLSC 2016.

Rao said there will be a showcase at the event of China's main achievements in life sciences in 2015, and that 13 Nobel laureates will attend, without naming any of them. Endi
