-- Former Zambian President Rupiah Banda has said the culture of political vindictiveness, vengeance, retribution and pure political hatred should never be allowed to be nurtured because such vice have only achieved persecution against selected citizens in the country.
Banda was reacting to remarks attributed to an opposition leader that his party will arrest current President Edgar Lungu and send him to jail if the opposition party wins this year's general elections.
