Morocco's FUS Rabat in Uganda for 2016 CAF tie

Morocco' s Premier League side, FUS Rabat are in Uganda for the second leg of the 2016 Confederation of African Football (CAF) Confederations Cup clash against hosts SC Villa.

The Moroccan side have an advantage after winning the first leg 7-0.

The second leg will take place on Wednesday at the Mandela National Stadium, Namboole about 15km east of Kampala.

Mourad Batna, FUS Rabat star player told Xinhua on Monday that they are here to complete their mission.

"Although we won by a big margin in the first leg, we shall not take SC Villa for granted," said Batna.

FUS Rabat ejected Cameroon's USL Loum in the first round, while SC Villa reached the second round after beating Sudan's Khartoum FC in the preliminary round on a 2-0 goal aggregate before seeing off Zanzibar's Jeshi La Kujenga Uchumi SC 5-0 on goal aggregate.

The other star players on the FUS Rabat team include; Abdessalm Benjellon, Ass Mandaw Sy, El Mehdi El Bassil, Marwane Saadane, Youssef El Gnaoui and Mohammed Fouzair.

SC Villa coach Ibrahim Kirya said they are determined to get a win in front of their fans.

"It might not be easy to score many goals, but we want to try and win at home," said Kirya. Endit
