Dollar changing hands in upper 107 yen range in early Tokyo trade

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the upper 107 yen range in early deals in Tokyo on Tuesday morning, principally in line with levels seen overnight in New York.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 107.96-97 yen compared with 107.90-108.00 yen in New York and 108.05-07 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. on Monday.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1409-1410 dollars and 123.18-19 yen against 1.1405-1415 dollars and 123.12-22 yen in New York and 1.1377-1379 dollars and 122.93-97 yen in late trade on Monday afternoon in Tokyo. Endit
