Jordan, Saudi Arabia say Iran's interference in regional issues fuels terrorism

Jordan and Saudi Arabia on Monday reiterated rejection of Iran's interference in regional issues, stressing that it fuels sectarianism and terrorism, the state-run Petra news agency reported.
At a meeting in Jordan's port city of Aqaba, King Abdullah II of Jordan and Saudi Deputy Crown Prince and Defense Minister Mohammad Ben Salman warned Iran against continued interference in regional issues, according to a joint statement.
They also discussed regional issues and stressed on the need for preserving the territorial integrity of countries in the Middle East.
Condemning of terrorism and radicalism, they called for increased international efforts to combat terrorism.
The two countries also decided to strengthen cooperation in fileds of transport, military and nuclear energy. Endit
